Before the purchase and installation of a head restraint, make sure it is the correct fit for your vehicle.

- Regularly inspect head restraints for signs of damage or wear, and replace them if signs of damage are found.

Signs of wear or damage for head restraints include but are not limited to:
- Loose or misaligned head restraint
- Faded or worn appearance
